No matter how to take accurate processing measures, automatic parts processing plant can not avoid the normal error. In the test report, as long as the error is reasonable, it is qualified. A large error is definitely unqualified. What measures do CNC machining plants usually take to avoid it?

1. Local error of precision parts processing

A lot of automatic parts processing factory in the product error detection, often encountered after processing the workpiece size error is reasonable, but the local size error is very large. In fact, the main reason is that the gap between the screw and the screw is too large.

Originally, there was a gap in this place, but after a long time of operation of the lathe, the gap between the screw and the screw will naturally widen. In the programming of precision parts processing, the compensation error of this gap is considered, but the new gap is not compensated, resulting in local size out of tolerance. CNC machining plants generally need to repair the gap, or replace the screw.

2. Overall error of precision parts processing

If the overall error of the workpiece after processing is large, it is basically to redo. If the connection between lathe and screw is loose, it is easy to cause great error. When the workpiece is processed, the cutting resistance is very large. If the joint is loose, the dimension drift will appear when cutting. The connection of the lathe must be tightened to eliminate the error.

Another situation is that the looseness of the electric turret can also cause great errors in machining parts. In the process of tool change, the tool holder can't be locked automatically. When cutting, the lower tool point will shift, which will inevitably lead to a large error. The tool holder must be locked to avoid this error.
